For me, one of the first decisions I make in the morning, is what I’m going to wear for the day. Most of my outfits depend on how I’m feeling, like color or comfort, for example. I’ve noticed that during the winter, most of my outfits consist of black, or big sweaters.
Black resembles a lot about how I feel when I wake up. Usually cold, unmotivated and tired. Throughout the week, my color options may vary or change, obviously. Mondays tend to be my comfy day, with over-sized sweaters and my hair up. As the week progressed, I have an opened mind and open up a little bit more. I’m sure that’s how must of teenagers feel at this age too.
What you decide to wear is a communication to others, without even speaking. You send a message towards everyone just by what you wear. For example, I’m sending a certain message when I wear dark colors, but I’m also sending a message when I’m wearing vibrant colors. Your emotions communicated your feeling and personality.
Take a second through your day and look around, while you’re walking down the street or through the halls. Communicate without speaking.
