TOP 5 TIPS AND TRICKS:
There are a few things that I’ve learned that help me feel better and more confident through the day. If you feel confident in yourself, others around you will notice a glow. If you’re happy, others will notice a glow. There are a few things that I’ve learned to do that helps me with that.
- 1. Drink water before you go to bed so you wake up more energized and awake because if you start off like that, your day will be dramatically better. You have to feel good to do good.
- 2. If you can’t find a belt to go with your outfit, (or yours happens to break like mine do at times) use a shoe lace. It’s a new trend that’s going around for a “hipster” type look. It adds a lot to your outfit and it’s a bold statement. Plus, who doesn’t have a shoe lace lying around.
- 3. Something that I have always done in the morning is listening to music while getting ready. If this isn’t something you already do, it’s a calming way to start of your day. Turn on the radio and listen to talk shows, or music. A good song can change your whole day. If you start off right, everybody around you will notice. Start positive and stay positive.
- 4. Wash your face before you go to bed and right when you wake up. Washing your face before bed will improve your skin overnight, while washing your face in the morning will help you wake up a little more and you can start your makeup with a clean, fresh slate. If you’re confident in your skin, you will be happier day to day.
- 5. Take the time to smile at someone new and say hi. This will improve your mind and make you feel happier. Try it and you’ll see. Others will look up to you if you’re happy and kind to yourself and others.
These tips and tricks will help you become more confident and comfortable in your skin and with yourself. Think positively, be happy, smile and laugh.
