I’m assuming that I’m not the only person who constantly feels tired. After my third alarm, I finally wake up to start my day in the morning. I start to wake up a little bit, but not dramatically.
I’ve learned some tricks to help with this. One I have been trying lately is drinking more water. If you drink water right before bed, you’ll wake up easier and more energized. Then drink more throughout the day and drink some right after you wake up, even if it doesn’t sound good.
Water is a powerful thing and it will help you focus if you’re drinking a healthy amount. Not only will you be more awake throughout the day, you’ll be healthier in many ways. Your hair will grow faster, your nails will be stronger.
Water will do nothing but benefit you. I’ve always struggled drinking enough water, and I can feel the effects of it. After testing this experiment, it really does work. I feel better and I feel more awake. I can see and feel the positive change. Try it.
