One color that comes to my mind, thinking about graduation, is white.

We dress up nicely for this day. Girls wear their dresses, and boy wear their white shirts and dress pants.

Since off the shoulder dresses and shirts are in right now, I’ve had this white lace, off the shoulder dress that I’ve only been able to wear once. I was able to wear it to a wedding, and now I’ll be able to wear it do my graduation.

I think that white is a good symbolic color. I think it’s pure. White can be the color to a new start and a good ending, which is what is happening to all of us.

We are finishing a step in our lives, and moving on to our own world. We are about to make our own decisions and choices and start new, and continue onto bigger and better things.
